Will be hosting a Sad Machine all-dayer at The Ivy House on Sat May 3rd. The couple of all-dayers I’ve done at The Ivy House have been so so good and wholesome so very excited for this one, and so gassed with the lineup I’ve booked:
Kiran Leonard is one of my favourite ever artists and a true icon of the scene, fresh off the back of 2024’s Real Home – the finest in a catalogue of perfect records. He and his band (ft. members of Caroline, Shovel Dance Collective) will be showcasing his uniquely literate, off-kilter version of ‘indie rock’ in a very special headline set.
Been such a massive Lobby fan for so long – we played one of our first Baggio shows with them I think – and the new EP was one of my faves from last year.
Been wanting to get Sculpture Park on a lineup for ages; Ted is a virtuoso and also happens to write brilliant tunes. New album coming out soon is fantastic!
Lazy Day have some of the best pop tunes around but I’ve somehow managed to not see them live yet! V v excited to do so.
Also at long last got olive wreath on a lineup; Jowan’s tunes are great and the live show is wicked. The only music she’s got out atm is a Baggio remix which slaps but hopefully there’s some more stuff out soon
Love love love the Lanny album from last year, and love everything they do! Just some of the best tunes around
Rowan & Friends are coming down from York.. been obsessed with them since I saw them at The George Tavern in early 2024.. some of the best lyrics and best tunes you’ll ever hear.
Fell in love with Kissing Gate when I saw them at The Shack last year; Ned and I both watched the whole jaws agape
Going to be a really really good day and tickets are selling nicely already; grab one on Dice !
The Ivy House is a single-floor venue that has a single step at it’s entrance, with a gender neutral toilet. There will not be a sign language interpreter at this event. Nobody turned away for lack of funds.
